Lucky Spin: Vegas Nights ("the app") is a free-to-play casino-style entertainment game published by HA Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app does — and does not — handle.
The app collects no personal data. It has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Everything the game saves (credits, level progress, settings) is stored only on your device.
None. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. It makes no network connections other than those made by Google Play itself (see below).
Game state — your credit balance, experience level, daily-bonus timers, settings, and similar gameplay data — is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details, name, or email address. Google's handling of your payment information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. The app stores only anonymous purchase tokens on your device to prevent purchases from being lost or double-counted.
The app contains simulated gambling and is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Lucky Spin: Vegas Nights is for entertainment only. Virtual credits have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and cannot be cashed out. The app offers no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win anything of value. Success at this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
If the app's data practices ever change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date revised before the change takes effect.
